All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Manuor does not store raw credit card numbers. We retain only secure, tokenized payment references for refunds, credits, chargebacks, and recordkeeping.
We use your information strictly to operate and improve the Manuor service, including to:
Manuor does not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties.
Once a Pro accepts your job, we share your name, service address, and issue details so they can perform the service. Email addresses are not shared; communication is routed through the Manuor platform.
We work with trusted providers such as Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting) to operate the platform.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Manuor, our users, or others.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest where applicable.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@manuor.com.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data which Manuor does not engage in.
